Auckland Zoo Trip

Hey guys! How are you? I'm Phantasmagorical! Anyway, on Thursday, the 14th of June we went on a trip to Auckland Zoo. We went there because our inquiry focus was on animals and how they live. It was a really awesome opportunity to see so many amazing animals. My favourite area by far was the Australian area. The best animal there, in my opinion, was the snake neck turtle. When we were in the kiwi area our guide (John) told us about something called 'Operation Nest Egg'. He told us some information about our national bird, the kiwi.

Art Festival - Fish Art

Tiritiri Matangi Trip

Hey guys! How are you? I'm Phantasmagorical! Anyway, Thursday the 31st of May we went on a trip to Tiritiri Matangi Island. It was a really awesome experience to see all these endangered animals. Native or endemic. We went there because our inquiry this term is about animals and their habitats. It was a really good opportunity to see endangered animals first hand.
